Finally, I have some finished work that I can show! It’s been a frustrating couple of weeks trying to print some of the new designs, the biggest problem being that the paper I’ve been cutting to size hasn’t been exactly square so the registration has been slightly off. And being as picky as I am I just can’t accept that. So I now have a lot of invitations and cards that don’t quite line up as well as they should and I’m unwilling to use them or put them in the store.
But today I did put together a few notebooks that I had printed last week - all of them in blue and grey as doing more than that in one day is too exhausting! I’m almost happy with the results, the robot one is still bugging me because the registration is off and I would have liked the colour to be a little heavier. I just can’t seem to get the amount of ink right, too much and I get ink over the edges and too little I get this salty kind of look.
